We’re looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who will be a key player in our drive to deliver top-notch service to DLC LumiSheet’s clients. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for reviewing, facilitating and managing quotes and order requests, and communicating directly with customers on all related custom requirements.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of of previous customer service experience with strong administrative, clerical, data entry and record-keeping skills.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). and customer-centric relationship management skills.
